At Maid New Cleaning Company, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. To accommodate our valued clients while maintaining our schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice

Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedules and offer the time slot to other clients in need of our services.

How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via Maid New phone @ 704-473-0121 or email us at MaidNewCleaningCompany@Gmail.com. Make sure to provide your name, appointment date and time, and the reason for the cancellation. You may also request a re-schedule date, and we will do our best to accommodate you!

 

 

Forgiveness Pass

 One-Time Forgiveness Pass: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we offer a one-time forgiveness pass for a last-minute cancellation (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) without incurring any cancellation fees.

Conditions for Forgiveness Pass:

The forgiveness pass is valid for one use per client. After the forgiveness pass is used, any subsequent cancellations made within the 24-hour window will incur a cancellation fee.

 

Cancellation Fees

Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice and have already used your forgiveness pass, a cancellation fee of 1 half of the service price will be charged.

No-Show/No Call Fee: If you fail to provide notice and we cannot enter the home upon arrival for the scheduled appointment, a no-show fee of the entire amount of the service will be charged.

 

 

Additional Information

Refunds: Any fees charged due to late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Changes in Policy: Maid New Cleaning Co. reserves the right to amend or change this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
